Do I need to create an account to place an order with GreenHouseGTA?
Yes. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to go to the My Account page and click “Register” next to where it says “New customer?” Once you’ve filled out the required information and registered, you can then browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
If you’re a returning customer, go to the My Account page, enter your email address and password, and log in.

We take your privacy seriously. GreenHouseGTA only serves customers 19 and older, and we verify your ID to ensure compliance with cannabis laws. We use your information solely for age and address verification. No personal data, aside from your address, is stored or shared with third parties.
How do you verify my age for cannabis purchases?
To ensure compliance with the law, we verify your age for cannabis purchases by requiring two pieces of ID for first-time orders. You must be 19 or older. We’ll ask for one photo of you holding your ID next to your face (like a selfie), and another photo of the ID alone.

Do you offer free delivery in Toronto?
Yes, we offer free cannabis delivery in Toronto with a minimum purchase of $70.
What’s the minimum order amount for delivery?
The minimum order is $70, and this includes free delivery to any address within our service areas in the Greater Toronto Area.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is on its way, changes are limited to the delivery address only. Please call us at (647) 281-8689 or (647) 495-8098 for any requests.
Can I schedule a future delivery date for my order?
Yes, you can schedule a delivery up to 7 days in advance. Just choose a delivery date at checkout or contact us after placing your order to arrange it.
Do you offer a pick-up option for orders?
We’re a delivery-only service, which helps keep our prices lower than storefront dispensaries. If you want to pick up your order, provide a location and we’ll coordinate a pickup time with you.

We provide same-day weed delivery to cities including Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Etobicoke, Kleinburg, King City, Markham, Maple, Malton, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Thornhill, Vaughan, Whitby, and Whitchurch-Stouffville.

How quickly can I expect my weed delivery?
We offer same-day cannabis delivery in cities across the GTA, including Toronto. Delivery times may vary, but we aim to deliver within 1 to 2 hours. If your city isn’t listed and you're in a nearby area, contact us to check if we can accommodate you.
What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. Deliveries start at 11 AM and run until 10 PM. Orders placed after 10 PM will be delivered the next day.
What’s the latest time I can place an order for same-day delivery?
Last call 9:00 PM: Aurora, Burlington, Newmarket, Oakville, Oshawa, King City, Whitby, Whitchurch – Stouffville.
Last call 10:00 PM: Ajax, Brampton, Etobicoke, Kleinburg, Markham, Maple, Malton, Milton, Mississauga, North York, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Thornhill, Vaughan.
Why is my order taking longer than usual?
While we aim for fast delivery, unexpected events like traffic, accidents, or high order volumes can cause delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you with updates. We appreciate your understanding!
How is my cannabis packaged for delivery?
Your weed is carefully packaged in odor-proof, discreet bags. To keep it fresh, we add a humidity control pack in our flower and pre-roll packs during delivery.
Do I need to show ID when receiving my delivery?
No, you don’t need to show your ID upon delivery. You’ll only need to provide your ID when placing an order.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If you’re not home, we can leave the order in your mailbox (if available). Otherwise, the driver will return when you’re ready to receive your delivery.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two payment methods for same-day weed delivery:
- Cash on delivery
- Interac E-transfer, with a $5 e-transfer fee added to the total.
Do you take credit cards?
No, we don’t accept credit cards at the moment. But we’re looking to add that option in the future.
Rewards
How does your reward points system work?
You can earn GreenHouseGTA Reward Points with every purchase. Create an account on our website, log in, and place your order to start earning 5 points for every $1 spent. You can redeem 5% cashback on your points.
Why can't I use my points at checkout?
Points can’t be combined with coupons. You’ll need to choose one or the other when checking out.
Are there any special promotions or discounts for first-time customers?
Yes! First-time customers enjoy 15% off, 5% cashback, a daily gift, and a $10 credit added to your account upon registration.
Do reward points expire?
No, your reward points never expire. You can use them whenever you want.
Exchange & Refunds policy
What if I have an issue with my order?
If you're unhappy with the quality of your cannabis product, contact us with the order date, product name, and a description of the issue. Please include photos or a video. While we don’t accept returns, we’ll do our best to exchange the product or offer store credit if the item is unavailable.
Can I exchange a product I received?
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours won’t be accepted.
What’s your policy on returns and refunds?
We don’t offer returns or refunds, but we do allow exchanges or store credit in case of any issues.
